How long will it take for my package to ship:

If you're buying an original or a print, your package will usually leave the warehouse within 2/3 days.

How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

If you are purchasing an original or print your package should be delivered within two weeks of the shipping date.

What happens if I am dissatisfied with my package?

We are pleased to offer you a 30 day guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with any of the art work purchased from SamDoumArt.com, we will be happy to issue a full refund minus the cost of shipping (both ways), so long as you return the artwork within 30 days from the order date.

Do I have to pay for shipping? 

If you are purchasing an Original peice, shipping is always FREE. But if you are purchasing a print, prices vary according to the dimensions of the peice that you are purchasing.
