Shipping Rates are dependent upon your total purchase price of products from SamDoum Art and are based upon a specific percentage of your total purchase depending on how much you spend. Shipping rates based upon your total purchase price percentages are as follows:
If your purchase total is . . . * $0.1 - $100.00 - shipping is 20% of total purchase price * $100.01- $200.00 - shipping is 15% of total purchase price * $200.01- $400.00 - shipping is 10% of total purchase price * $400.01- $up- shipping is 5% of total purchase
At this time, we only ship within the U.S.
If you are ordering a painting from SamDoumArt.com that has already been painted, your order will be shipped within 3/4 business days after payment unless we are out of town or country. In such a case, we will let you know how long it will be delayed with our apologies.
If you are ordering a painting that has not already been painted, the completion time for a custom pet portrait, home portrait or people portrait, is one to two weeks. Once the painting is completed, I will send you a preview of the painting, via email before it ships. All of my pet portraits are done using the best oil paints and are painted on stretched canvas. Because of the nature of the oil paints that I use, your new painting may require 1 to 2 weeks in order to dry, and will need to dry completely before shipping in order to prevent damage to the painting. With all of these things in mind please expect your painting to arrive at your address no less than 2-4 weeks. I usually ship priority mail with USPS. I currently ship only domestically.
